組積造建物の振動に関する一考察

  The proof tests on several full-size fire-proof buildings have been carried out at our Institute during these few years as the research program of the Committee for Seismic Tests of Building Structure in Japan or of the official tests of Ministry of Construction. Each test consists of static pull-test, small vibration test by ordinary vibrator and large vibration test by the specially designed large vibrator. The present report discusses one of the problems presented from above tests, which is concerned with such masonry building as reinforced concrete block or brick building. Photo. 1 and Photo. 2 are scenes of the large vibration tests on a building made of American style concrete blocks.
